You know when someone tells you about a cruise they went on and they tell you all of the horrible things that happened and how terrible it was, but then they say, "I can't wait to go on another one!"? This is a lot like Twist. The food is safe(which is HUGELY important) and good, but there are so many negatives and challenging features. The food is expensive and some portions are very small. For example, the burger, though delicious, is not much bigger than a slider. And like many other dishes at Twist, you get to "customize" it which really means spend money to add cheese and other toppings that should probably come with it to begin with(the egg sandwich is the same way). FYI, they have inexplicably been out of the fries that come with the burger for months, but there's no reduction in price. The ordering process is inefficient and if it's your first time there you would have no idea what to do. Workers are always working hard, but because of the way they take and fill orders, you could be the second person in line and easily wait five or ten minutes just to order. There is limited seating which can be very stressful especially on a busy weekend. And there is no system for getting a table when a seat opens, so someone who hasn't waited can just walk in and grab the first empty table. Staff and management are friendly, but there is a definite sense that the customer doesn't come first. The food typically takes a while to come out, too. But, the food is safe. And it's good. The bakery items are very, very delicious.

If you've never been to Twist, you should definitely go, but be aware that there are a lot of things about it that will probably be negative. The taste of the food probably won't be one of them. It feels like if Twist had any competition in the area they would either not have lasted as long as they have or they would have been forced to make many changes.
