Staff was nice and accommodating, I like the preference vs allergy option. Gluten free buns and fries, my husband enjoyed them both! Unfortunately though he did get sick from cross contamination, possibly from the butter roll used to toast the buns or the grill - we were not aware of it or we would have asked for his not to be toasted. Would not say celiac safe. :(

Great gf burger! Great gf fries! Great staff! Gf bun did start to fall apart on the top a little like a lot do but had an excellent taste! Very cool and fun place! I will be back!

Twisted Root Burger Co. was fantastic! We took a fairly large group with multiple food allergies. They were patient with me, despite the many questions that I had for them. Their menu options were insanely generous! Because they were unable to verify if the seasoning on their gluten free fries did or did not have MSG in it, they made me a fresh bunch of fries. Their staff was super friendly and helpful! The food was great!! We will be stopping there again on our way through east Texas!

The food was very tasty! The atmosphere was fun! The service was great! Our new favorite Celiac-friendly burger joint!!The tween Celiac kid and his teen brother were delighted!!!

Lunch on the 11th was great. Was informed their onion straws were GF, kitchen staff caught the error and came out to chat. Subbed for grilled green beans and carrots.

Came back on 13th for dinner and a very different experience. Staff was not confident. Cashier argued that the onion straws were GF (def not) and the kitchen didn't seem to know about the grilled beans and carrots. Kitcheb staff also stacked prep bowls on top of veggies while they sat in window (gross), and definitely cross contaminated (and then they argued that they didnt do it).

Do NOT tip when you order, as they prompt you. Make them prove themselves first.

I love this spot! They have a dedicated fryer for the fries and lots of burger options. The gluten free bun is nicely toasted as well and they prepare it safely for celiacs.
