I love this spot! They have a dedicated fryer for the fries and lots of burger options. The gluten free bun is nicely toasted as well and they prepare it safely for celiacs.

Wow! Hands down the best fries I’ve ever had anywhere. The burger was great, gf bun was delicious, and the manager was beyond helpful ensuring separate friers and glove changes. Perfect patio spot to eat in the beautiful weather too. We might come back a second time before we leave town.

I was super skeptical about this place, as I am with most burger places bc of cross contamination. I have eaten here a few times and the managers always make sure that my food is safe. If you tell them you need it celiac safe they know what that means and will make sure to take extra precautions. I am intolerant to corn as well, so I just get a burger with no bun. The fries are so good too. The only thing is, with a corn allergy, you cannot have any sauces. I still very much enjoy my meal every time, even with no sauce! Of all the burger places I’ve had in Dallas so far, this is the one I feel safest eating.

Great burger! Separate fryer for the fries. Margarita was amazing. Service was a little lacking, but I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Delicious. Neat place & atmosphere. Gluten free buns! Fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. I could eat like a normal person :) I will eat here again next time I’m in Dallas for work.

Superior service! I was well taken care of and its great that they even cook your food in a separate fryer. VERY gluten free friendly!

Good food, but the fries are definitely not GF. They told me this, and I'm not very sensitive to gluten, but I still had a terrible reaction to eating the fries.

Finally a burger place as fun as the original Snuffers with great food and options for the GF crowd. Love the quirkiness of Old Downtown Carrollton. Destined to be our "go to" burger spot!

fantastic atmosphere. Very good burger with a gf bun! I was lucky enough to be there on a beautiful day so we could sit outside and enjoy the food and the weather. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back. No French fries but the sweet potato chips are gf.

Great burgers and laid back atmosphere. Garage doors can be opened on nice days. The have a dedicated fryer for sweet potato chips that are very tasty.

Lunch on the 11th was great. Was informed their onion straws were GF, kitchen staff caught the error and came out to chat. Subbed for grilled green beans and carrots.

Came back on 13th for dinner and a very different experience. Staff was not confident. Cashier argued that the onion straws were GF (def not) and the kitchen didn't seem to know about the grilled beans and carrots. Kitcheb staff also stacked prep bowls on top of veggies while they sat in window (gross), and definitely cross contaminated (and then they argued that they didnt do it).

Do NOT tip when you order, as they prompt you. Make them prove themselves first.

They had they the best gf buns I think I have ever had! I ended up ordering from here twice while on vacation. The burger was huge! I also got fries which were really good as well.

The website makes the food look much better than it is. The only good feedback is that the GF fries are truly that and I had no reaction. Probably not going to return here.
