I ordered GF hamburger and a side salad to go. I got home only to find they put croutons on my salad.
Anytime in in the restaurant I never had an issue, just take out.

We ordered directly through the website for delivery. Gluten free items are not marked on the online ordering system. Their system had an option for "no breadstick" and a notes section. I downloaded the Gluten free menu from the website first for reference. I ended up getting the Italian Cobb Salad and did not have to make any substitutions aside from requesting no breadstick and adding a gluten free note to the notes section. My salad came packaged separately from other order items. The order was taped to the delivery bag with my gluten free note.

Was in town for a conference and found this on the app. I took a chance and got the Alfredo. I typically don’t trust noodles in restaurants, but saw a few reviews that were positive, so I took a leap. It was delicious! Staff was knowledgeable and kind. I did not get sick and have been dreaming of that Alfredo.

Uccellos is one of my favorite, most trusted places to eat out. The GF menu has a lot of options and I've never gotten sick. Everything from nachos to pasta to burgers, so good! They don't have separate fryers so the fries aren't safe but with so many other options I don't need fries. When it comes to birthdays and holiday get togethers, Uccellos is our first choice

Ordered off the GF menu, stated gluten free, didn’t get gluten free.
Ordered spinach and artichoke dip with the GF chips off the GF menu was basically done with it when the server said “I just realized now you were ordering gluten free and I didn’t ring that in that way”. I personally couldn’t tell the difference between the chips because I’ve never had them before and they looked like corn tortilla chips.
My point is, make sure your server acknowledges that you ordered GF because just because you said it doesn’t mean it’ll get rang up correctly.

Eh. Just eh. Not safe for celiacs, that’s for sure. You will get cross contact, but they at least TRY. If starving, if you’re ok taking a gamble, then it’ll work, well enough, I suppose. 3 celiacs in the house, 1 does ok here when she has no other choices (school function, for example) but the other two celiacs won’t risk it enter again.
