Absolutely not safe for anyone with celiac. I called and the person that I spoke to made it VERY clear they take zero precautions when preparing the pizza. It is gluten free but prepped and cooked with no safety precautions taken.

Love this place! I attend a conference at the Convention Center every year and this has become my day 1 lunch spot - highlight for sure! Some of the best GF pizza I've had. Try the Hawaiian - the crispy natural coconut and sweet bits of dates are so delicious!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Great crust… didn’t taste gf so I asked twice “this is gf, right?” Twice they said it was. I hope I don’t get sick.

The pizza there is delicious. I got the gf crust but they also have cauliflower crust. You can build your own pizza or order one on gf/cauliflower crust.

If you have celiac disease - DO NOT RISK EATING HERE. They do not use separate ingredients from their gluten pizzas, they toss their gluten pizzas near the ingredients, so your pizza will be contaminated. I asked specific questions when I went yesterday and their crust may have wonderful review for people who eat gluten free, my experience from having to travel and eat this way, is I would have been sick if I ate here.

I read the other reviews and knew I had to check this place out. They were so right- the pizza here was so good that my boyfriend was laughing at my excitement! The pizza crust is thick and reminded me of regular pizza. Would 12/10 recommend!

Traveling is hard enough but having Celiac's makes it a bit more difficult. I ordered the bbq chicken with sweet baby ray's sauce, using the GF crust. It was delicious! The crust was not dry or super thin, it was very much like eating a regular pizza crust.

I’m celiac and also have seizures. I ordered the gluten free pizza with homemade tomato sauce, cheese, green peppers, red onions, pepperoni. The pizza tasted fantastic by far the best I’ve ever tasted! Unfortunately for me it made my stomach hurt and sent me into a seizure. To test the theory I ate 2 pieces the next morning for breakfast and the same thing happened. We called the restaurant and asked for the ingredients in the crust it does have brown rice as an ingredient which is hard to digest for me. The red sauce has rosemary in it which triggers seizures for me. They didn’t know the complete list of ingredients in the red sauce and we’re trying to reach district manager to find but I thanked them and said it’s ok you don’t have to bc for me Rosemary is enough to trigger a seizure and brown rice can trigger stomach pain. The man was very nice and so was the man helping him. Pepperoni is spicy.

The other raving reviews on here about the gluten-free pizza crust are completely true! I went tonight with my husband and we had a great experience. Our server was so kind and she said she also orders the gluten-free crust even though she doesn’t need to! I seriously cried tears of joy with my first bite. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, not soggy, and not crunchy. It was perfect!

Best gluten free pizza ever! Ordered the cheese plus smoked gouda. It was so cheesy and the crust was thicker than most gluten free pizza crusts. Delicious!

Great gf pizza crust. Chewy and thicker crust. Had spinach and artichoke dip. Not marked gf and they couldn’t guarantee it, but I tried it and no reaction. Was delicious!

This gf pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust were cooked perfectly and crispy but not burnt at all. The crust was thick and fluffy. I had to ask twice to confirm it was gf because it was THAT good. Also had spinach artichoke dip which my boyfriend really loved but it was a little too cheesy for me. $12 was definitely worth it for this pizza! Recommend 10/10😍

We've eaten here on each of our visits this year to Myrtle Beach without any issues. It's the best GF pizza crust we have come across.
Best gluten free pizza ever!! It never disappoints!!
We called before going and lady said they use same sauce so it’s not celiac friendly. She mentioned separate cutters but we can’t do same sauce so we did not even eat there.

Cross contamination nightmare - no clue why the the previous reviews that it’s safe! I did NOT eat there !!

Not safe from cross contamination. They use a sealed GF crust but same oven, prep surfaces, ingredients.

They have a very good and fluffy gluten free crust. The best GF pizza I’ve ever had. I highly recommend going here.

Tried to eat here but was told by employees to not eat there. No real safety protocols. So we left. :-(

Have orred from here many times over the years with NO reaction! Also, I’m not sure where their crust comes from but it is one of my favorites! Kinda flaky and buttery, haven’t had anything like it anywhere else! Highly recommend!

My custom GF pizza was WONDERFUL! It was personal pan sized, and oh so good! I’m not celiac, but they are aware of CC issues, and I felt fine after eating.

UCP offers a deep dish GF piza dough as well as a thin crust cauliflower dough. They do make the GF pizza separate from the rest of the pizzas. They can make any of their pizzas as GF.
