Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, gluten free bun was delicious
They must have beefed up their gluten free options since the last reviewers went here. I ordered online and got a burger with a GF bun and the bun was one of the best GF buns I’ve had, very thin which is so uncommon.
Some of their sauces do have gluten in them so you have to ask, but the ketchup is fine now and I did not have any problems.
Their fries do have CC risk but I was realllllly craving some so I ate some of my boyfriends and they were fine. But if you find you are extremely sensitive maybe don’t get the fries.
Call before ordering and speak to a manager, they are a chain they have a guide to tell you what’s GF or not!
Yes
They have bunless burger options, but a lot of toppings also have gluten and inconsistencies on the allergy menu. Tasty but risky!
No
Staff did not know what gluten was. When I asked if they had gluten free buns, he said, 'yes they are vegan.' When I asked if they were also gluten free and explained what that was, he said he didn't know. Settled for a burger on a bed of lettuce. He burger was raw, cold and had a piece of melted processed cheese. Won't go back.

You can get their burgers on a lettuce wrap, but that's about your only option. Even their ketchup has soy sauce in it, and they couldn't bring me any plain ketchup. What's up with that?? They use a shared frier and fries are their only side dish.

no dedicated fryer, the lettuce wrapped burger was delicious, the pickle plate was nice also. kinda spendy for what you get, but good quality
