Review of Uncle Cheung's

Like others have said, 90%+ of their menu items can be made gluten free. There is no separate GF menu, but the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and it's very easy to select and order GF items. They are also very proud of their GF selection and seem to get a lot of joy in making safe food. Every time we go there are always at least a few other tables ordering gluten free. Today everyone in there, including take out orders, was ordering GF! If you have Celiac and are craving Chinese food, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended and definitely Celiac safe!
