Review of Uncle Cheung's

I went here for the first time last night and was so excited. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the server (possibly the owner) explained that they use cornstarch and a separate fryer. She gave great recommendations, don’t skip the Grandmas Shrimp! Every plate brought out was specified as gluten free and all the sauces as well. All in all, this was a great experience and it’s been years since I’ve had Chinese food like this! I will definitely be back!
