Review of Uncle Cheung's

I grew up going to this restaurant enjoying their regular menu, and now was so thrilled that they could accommodate my three year old daughter who has Celiac when we visited from out of state. The owner's son is a dietician and they take care to not cross-contaminate. They can make ~90% of their menu GF, and use water chestnut flour for the coating on dishes like crispy orange beef. We are fortunate that we can usually tell if she gets "glutened" and I'm happy to report that she happily feasted and has had no incident since. So great that Uncle Cheung's can continue to be our family's favorite Chinese restaurant in the area for years to come!
