My first time having Chinese food since my celiac diagnosis 9 years ago. It was amazing! No cross contamination issues, separate fryers, and almost the entire menu is GF. Very re assuring when the owner came out and talked to me about how the kitchen operates to accommodate people with celiac. I will be going back
