Review of Uncle Cheung's

These guys know what they’re doing to keep gluten out of their food. Gluten products were labeled and in a separate bag. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Good food too, pretty much standard American style Chinese. I felt safe eating here, and no celiac reaction after.
