Amazing celiac-safe Chinese food. The owner, Joy, explained how their kitchen runs. They use corn starch and water chestnut flour for breading and it’s all in a completely separate fryer and kitchen area. Even knew to bring me separate duck sauce since my parents got a gluten filled appetizer. Definitely will be going back here ASAP!
