Review of Uncle Cheung's

They are very knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food and avoiding cross contamination. The food is delicious and they can prepare most items gluten free. I have eaten here many, many times with no problems. They do a tremendous gluten free business as they provide safe and tasty Chinese food. This is the only restaurant that I have been to as many times as I have with never having a problem. I would highly recommend.
