I got the gluten free pizza and they changed gloves and everything. It was very good. Just have to wait a few minutes for it to cool because the cheese falls off if it’s hot
The pizza box was marked allergy and they assured us that cross-contamination procedures were used, but I had a bad reaction. Nothing else could have caused it, so it was definitely the pizza.
Excellent service. When you ask for gluten free crust, they ask if it's an allergy and if you say yes, they immediately begin their safety protocol. And they always seem perfectly happy to do it. Change gloves, separate utensils, separate cooking sheet, ingredients from a gluten safe area. The pizza is great too! They also offer vegan cheese.

I had a great experience at Uncle Maddio's.
When I explained that I have celiac disease, they pulled all the ingredients for my pizza from their fresh supply (not the stuff out in their prep area) to make sure that my pizza was safe.
I didn't get sick, and my pizza was great. Highly recommended!
Great service and very careful about cross contamination. Just tell them it is an "allergy" and they clean everything and change gloves. The restaurant is in the Overstreet Mall building.

Amazing GF pizza. Didn’t get sick at all.
Recommend. Staff was very conscientious of my gluten allergy. Wiped area down. Changed gloves. Operated in a gluten free prep area with toppings for gf selections kept separate for those with gluten allergies. You do need to let them know if gf allergy specific. Otherwise, you'll just get a gluten free crust or cauliflower crust but they won't take the same precautions. They also have a gf brownie. I've eaten here several times and have not had any issues. I can tell right away if I've been glutened.
Absolute fantastic experience at this pizza place, the staff was extremely knowledgeable about celiac,dairy,soy and many other allergens. The only thing for the pizza that isn’t gluten free is the meatballs. This is by far one of if not the best gluten free established I’ve ever been to and I have traveled to 10+ states all over the east coast l, exploring all the sights as well as the gluten free food options and as far as it goes this establishment is by far amongst the top 3 ever.
Ordered the GF Cheese pizza and it was one of the best GF we’ve had. Staff made sure that the GF pizza was made on a separate and clean surface.
