Absolute fantastic experience at this pizza place, the staff was extremely knowledgeable about celiac,dairy,soy and many other allergens. The only thing for the pizza that isn’t gluten free is the meatballs. This is by far one of if not the best gluten free established I’ve ever been to and I have traveled to 10+ states all over the east coast l, exploring all the sights as well as the gluten free food options and as far as it goes this establishment is by far amongst the top 3 ever.

Great dinner while visiting Highpoint University. Counter service and great efforts with safety precautions. When we told them it was for celiac, they wiped down all counters, changed gloves, and pulled out all fresh topping containers from inventory. Pizzas were really tasty on thin crisp crust. We tried the chicken bbq and margarita pizza. They also had David’s GF brownies!
January 13, 2024--tried this place based on the high recommendations on this site. Our review echoes what's been said before: staff changed gloves and followed allergy protocols. Our cheese and pepperoni came from under the counter and the staff communicated well as the food passed down the line from person to person. No ill effects afterwards. Good taste too--similar to another place we enjoy. The kids had finished their pizzas before we even got back to the hotel.
Delicious pizza and could add up to 5 toppings for one price! I got make your own jerk chicken, pesto sauce, onions and peppers. They made everyone aware of allergy and changed gloves and made on own plate.
This was my absolute best restaurant experience since I was diagnosed with Celiac 2 years ago. I don't know that I will eat pizza anywhere else!
They ask if gf is an allergy or preference. When you say allergy they stop the whole line, clean a spot, change gloves, get out a special tray and cover it with foil, use separate containers of toppings. They even separate the run through the oven to prevent cross contamination. And they are nice about it!! No eye rolling or irritation. All the employees were so kind.

I have to admit I was nervous after walking in and seeing the setup of the pizza prep line. But the staff has procedures that they follow including cleaning the work surface, putting down foil, pulling fresh ingredients from below, cooking it on a clean pan, and using a clean paddle and cutter. The pizzas were delicious and safe!
Great experience!! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They knew exactly what to do and had procedures in place for safety. They cleaned the prep space, got all fresh ingredients out for the pizza, and were careful. They even had GF DF dessert. They didn’t make us feel like a burden but instead went out of their way to serve us and make us feel welcome. The quality of the food was pretty cheap, but it’s a fast food type restaurant so that is to be expected. Not the beat pizza I’ve ever had, but I was just happy to be able to eat and be served with kindness.
This was AMAZING! We had the Nashville hot pizza and the chicken club pizza. Nashville was my favorite! My gluten loving mom said the chicken club was her favorite and best pizza she’s had in a long time (gluten and gf)
They were very careful with gluten free/celiac. Pizzas. They have separate everything — cutter, spatula & paddle. It does go into the same oven as gluten pies - but it’s not a convection. And they do not touch gluten pies. Will definitely be going back. GF Pizza was delicious!
This place is awesome. We came based on the recommendations here. They have a new digital menu that doesn’t have the gluten free info on it, but when we asked, there was no problem. They have both a gluten-free and cauliflower crust. I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken pizza. As we were paying, the young man who took our order came up and apologized that the pineapple for the pizza may have been contaminated by gloves used for other pizzas. Since I have an allergy to gluten, he wanted to let me know and see if I wanted to go without or order something else. As I thought it over, another young man , who was ringing us up, went into the back and opened another huge can of pineapple so I could get the full Jamaican Jerk (which was delicious, especially because of the pineapple). This was the end of the night by the way. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, and the pizza was delicious (my husband had The Big Max and loved it). You won’t be disappointed.
Solid option for GF pizza. Crust was excellent and they have dairy free cheese options as well.
The staff are very knowledgeable about allergies. They know to switch gloves when you say you have an allergy and I have heard the owner correcting a staff member if they do anything that might cross contaminate the food. I have bad gluten and dairy allergies and the pizza is one of the best gluten free pizzas I have had. I have never gotten sick here, which is a huge blessing!
Great place - excellent pizza - staff was very knowledgeable on celiac - they had separate containers for all GF items and took all the necessary precautions. No issues, safe place for a celiac !
Had a great gluten free pizza (the Italian minus the sausage). Best thing about this Uncle Maddio’s experience is the manager (I think) caught a mistake before I started eating my pizza and immediately made me a new one, himself, to ensure I was safe. This shop and the workers in the shop take gluten free dinner’s needs very seriously - it is not just words.
I will absolutely come back to eat here anytime I am in the area. Thanks again for a great later in the evening dinner!

They are sooo easy to work with. They wiped down the counters and were super careful. Got toppings from the back and changed utensils. Very Knowledgeable about celiac. Been twice without issues. The sausage is NOT GF but the hamburger is amazing.
I’d give 10 stars if I could. Every time I go, I make sure to thank the workers because out of all of the restaurants I’ve been to since being diagnosed, they make sure the food is 100% GF. They’re amazing at cleaning the prep area (there is not a designated GF area, but the shared space is cleaned very well), the gloves are changed, new toppings are used from the back, the GF pizza is placed in the oven by itself and all of the workers are in communication that the pizza is GF. It’s the protocol that should be used every where, but rarely is. These people do it with a smile. I’ve eaten here several times and have never been ill. We love this place and will continue to go back!

I come here when visiting my sister and the GF pizza is always amazing! They know how to safely prepare a GF pizza, too. My sister and I are both Celiacs and never gotten sick.
Their pizza was amazing and was even able to have the wings since they are baked. Can do delivery via DoorDash. I did call and talk to someone and he was super helpful! Plus who doesn’t love a side of GF ranch!!
Great place! One of the employees was telling me that her mom has Celiac, so she totally got it! They asked if it was a preference or allergy. They also have a keto option! (Even though I didn't know that until after they made my salad). Even though I have Celiac, I am keto so I didn't eat the pizza but my daughter loved hers. I recommend going here if you are in town.

When you say GF crust they ask if it is celiac or a preference. They then put on clean gloves, pull out all fresh toppings and make you pizza. So worth it
This place is great! When we ordered my daughter’s gluten free pizza the staff immediately changed their gloves. They got out a different bucket of cheese and a squirt bottle of pizza sauce. The pizza was cooked in a different part than the other pizzas. I was amazed. She loved the pizza. Tasted really good. Will definitely be back!!
We have eaten here successfully many times. We are so glad to have a safe pizza place nearby. Service is great. Workers are knowledgeable. Just overall an awesome place.
This place is really good. The staff are completely knowledgeable and trained about celiac disease and different levels of sensitivity/allergy. They’re nice and the pizza is tasty. I just wish they had gf cookies! Their cookies always look so good. Also, I have celiac disease and haven’t had a problem with their pepperoni.
Love the pizza. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The ask if your gluten free request is preference or allergy. The Jamaican Jerk pizza is so delicious... would not know it's GF!
Staff was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and so friendly. Build your own pizza what a treat! They also have salads and beer/wine. DEFINITELY try this place, you will love it!!

This is a safe place for celiacs. They use separate toppings and change their gloves if you tell them you're celiac

staff is great in cleaning up, changing gloves, using ingredients from non contaminated bins . They are knowledgeable and I have never been sick after eating here.
Great experience. They cleaned the prep area, changed their gloves, grabbed ingredients from the back, and knew right away what had gluten in it. Pizza was good, too. I'm very sensitive and never got sick.
Our favorite place for GF pizza. They assemble the pizza in front of you using uncontaminated ingredient bins. They ask if your gluten free diet is an allergy or preference. Since we are celiac, we say "allergy". Not sure how they would prep the pizza differently is we said "preference". In any event this is the place for us for best crust and confidence.

Recommend. Staff was very conscientious of my gluten allergy. Wiped area down. Changed gloves. Operated in a gluten free prep area with toppings for gf selections kept separate for those with gluten allergies. You do need to let them know if gf allergy specific. Otherwise, you'll just get a gluten free crust or cauliflower crust but they won't take the same precautions. They also have a gf brownie. I've eaten here several times and have not had any issues. I can tell right away if I've been glutened.
Ordered the GF Cheese pizza and it was one of the best GF we’ve had. Staff made sure that the GF pizza was made on a separate and clean surface.
I got the gluten free pizza and they changed gloves and everything. It was very good. Just have to wait a few minutes for it to cool because the cheese falls off if it’s hot
Stopped by the same location twice on our way through town. Had the Jamaican Jerk chicken both times. They do maintain a separate area and had no hesitation following an allergy protocol. Great food, service.
Always curious and have a dedicated gluten free section to make the gluten free pizzas. They are so good! My favorite place since I got diagnosed celiac.
