Gluten free menu including pizza and salads. A lot of unique pizza toppings, and the place has you order and watch your pizza being made, so you can clearly see problems if they're going to happen.Employees knew about GF, changed gloves, notified all people behind the counter, and pulled dough and ingredients from the non-contaminated cooler. Cooked on a 2nd rack which appeared to be for GF only. They were extremely careful, well trained, and knowledgeable.Food was delicious.
