Very nice staff! Asked preference versus allergy. I never know how to answer that.... seemed like cross contamination possible but everything was very good and I didn’t get sick.

A bit nervous at first as they prepared a gluten pizza. But when we mentioned celiac, they wiped everything down and used different bins for sauces and food. Food that was amazing!

Best GF I have had so far!! The crust was EXCELLENT also!! I had the mushroom truffle.

We got delivery to our hotel. This is a great gluten free pizza for a great price. Great topping choices! We would definitely order again from Uncle Maddio's.

Looking for something different than the usual gluten free choices. The pizza was awesome and the crust was the best ever! Will definitely be back here again!

Staff is helpful and friendly on allergies. Have eaten a few times and has gone really well.

Wonderful food with knowledgable staff. Able to tell you about which stuff may contain gluten. Careful about cross contamination. Have eaten here dozens of times and have never been sick afterwards.

Gluten free friendly, the staff seemed knowledgable but there was a disclaimer on the bottom of the menu that Uncle Maddios was not recommended for celiacs. The sauce was kind of bland. Only 3 meats that were gluten free; chicken, steak, jerk chicken. OK, but I'm not sure I'll return again due to the disclaimer and limited meat options.

Gluten free menu including pizza and salads. A lot of unique pizza toppings, and the place has you order and watch your pizza being made, so you can clearly see problems if they're going to happen.Employees knew about GF, changed gloves, notified all people behind the counter, and pulled dough and ingredients from the non-contaminated cooler. Cooked on a 2nd rack which appeared to be for GF only. They were extremely careful, well trained, and knowledgeable.Food was delicious.

Stopped by the same location twice on our way through town. Had the Jamaican Jerk chicken both times. They do maintain a separate area and had no hesitation following an allergy protocol. Great food, service.

Great dinner while visiting Highpoint University. Counter service and great efforts with safety precautions. When we told them it was for celiac, they wiped down all counters, changed gloves, and pulled out all fresh topping containers from inventory. Pizzas were really tasty on thin crisp crust. We tried the chicken bbq and margarita pizza. They also had David’s GF brownies!

Stopped by after a visit with my kiddo to the Discovery Place nearby. Located in a strip mall. Fairly quiet when we arrived and the person helping us was super nice. He immediately said he’d change gloves, offered to grab ingredients from below, and was very helpful. They offer gf crust and gf cauliflower crust. I had gf and it was crunchy and tasty. Good spot for a faster bite to eat.
