Went here on a Saturday just after they opened to lessen any confusion. The guy making the pizzas, after I asked for GF, asked if it was for celiac! I was really impressed. he has a premade crust that was thin but tasted fine. the sauce and cheese was taken from the back of the toppings area so that lessened cross contamination issues. All the toppings I asked for were taken from containers stored in a separate location. I felt quite safe here. This was in Knoxville, TN.
