These folks really understand gluten-free! Besides a darned good crust, he put on new gloves to make the pizza. He knew which toppings we could eat. We tried to add sausage and he told us it wasn't GF. They even left the little breadstick off of the side salad that went with the GF pie. We arrived at 6:50 on a beautiful Friday evening, and we were sitting in a booth eating by 7:10. AAA+++!!
