Amazing!! Definitely visit. Unfortunately the fries are no longer gluten free but the potatoes are a phenomenal substitute. The homemade lime sauce that comes with it is to die for. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and very helpful with cocktails as well. A great place to go.

Have a good GF selection and if you tell them you have celiac they will fry fries in a separate fryer. I ordered the pork belly & it was delicious. Well worth the money and I did not get sick after! Good idea to make a reservation on the weekends

Visited Nashville during the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse. We had reservations for Union Common for two of the three nights we were in the city. They have a dedicated preparation area and fryer. Staff was SUPER knowledgeable and went out of their way to communicate my needs to the kitchen. Just make sure you communicate upfront and (if possible) try to convince your entire table to order gluten free to simplify the preparation (there are plenty of choices, so your party won't be missing much). We had James as our server the first night and requested him again because of his attention to detail and willingness to check and re-check the safety of our food. Both nights I had steak frites, not because I didn't think the rest of the menu would be unsafe (I'm certain that many of the other dishes would have been perfectly safe), but because the hanger steak and thinly sliced French fries cooked in duck fat were just so darn good. Not often do Celiacs get to eat French fries. You won't regret it! No signs of glutening either time and I consider myself very sensitive. A few other shared dishes I ate without issue: pork belly; shrimp skewers; wild boar sausage; cauliflower; mushrooms; and fingerling potatoes -- all of which were delicious. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars...

Great find in Midtown. GF items are marked in the menu (and online) and the staff was knowledgeable about food allergies. We had the boar sausage as an appetizer and steaks for dinner. The fries are made in a dedicated dryer in duck fat-they were AMAZING! They were busy-we called at 530 on a Saturday and couldn't get a table till 915. But it was worth the wait.

Extremely good salads. They were slightly busy and understaffed, absolutely worth the short wait! Only here for 2days will probably go back!

Great food, many many options for celiac. They have two friers. The dessert frier is not GF but the frier for most of appetizers is GF so there are many fried options that I can't normally enjoy. I had fried cauliflower and scallops and a delicious salad. Cute place and great service.

The gf selections are clearly marked on an impressive menu. Been here upwards of 20 times as a refractive celiac without a single issue. The food is incredible
