Review of Universal Studios Hollywood

Review

I had an awful experience trying to find anything gluten free at a universal studios. If you’re celiac I recommend brining your own lunch. One place said I can have rice and raw tuna only out of their poke bowl. One said I can have a Caesar without the croutons or dressing (so lettuce 🤦🏼‍♀). But of course you’re paying full price & it delays your meal when you “remove items” 🤦🏼‍♀🤦🏼‍♀. And everywhere you stop it takes 10-15 minutes to get an answer if they have options. Customer service was no help to find an option. Be careful because the app and the list you get from Customer service says there are several options. But the staff was either not educated to know what the options where, they said no because they didn’t know what gluten was or the option was just a joke.
