Review of Universal Studios Hollywood

At every restaurant I tried ordering food the staff either were extremely annoyed or totally unaware of gluten free/ celiac. Was served a GF bun burger but there was fried gluten onions on it and I ended up not eating there. Tried the Harry Potter place to ask for the chicken plater with no butter but was told they couldn’t do that and they couldn’t accommodate my celiac. I’m sure the experience varies with the staff on your visit but for today I ended up only getting a butter beer.
