Decent sized menu and very conscious about GF. The chef brought out my burger personally with gloves. I was impressed the service! Good experience!

I am pretty sensitive to contamination, and they were too! They brought out my food with gloves and the waiters knew about the process of preparing gluten free food. I had the guacamole burger with an Udi's bun and it was pretty good! I had no stomach pain or issues later so I would feel comfortable returning:)

While in Las Cruces on business and stopped in at Uno's one evening, I was very excited when I heard an employee tell everyone in the kitchen that my table was gluten free. He also brought me a Redbridge beer with the cap still on "to reduce the chances of any cross contamination"... wow! Thought I was in for a no problem meal because of the apparent care they take here... No such luck, later that night, I had a very bad reaction. The food was also only ok tasting. Definitely not worth the money!

I walked in expecting to be turned away. To my surprise they said they can accommodate me. The staff was friendly and their gluten free crust was really good. I didn't get sick! Thank you Uno's!

I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.
