While in Las Cruces on business and stopped in at Uno's one evening, I was very excited when I heard an employee tell everyone in the kitchen that my table was gluten free. He also brought me a Redbridge beer with the cap still on "to reduce the chances of any cross contamination"... wow! Thought I was in for a no problem meal because of the apparent care they take here... No such luck, later that night, I had a very bad reaction. The food was also only ok tasting. Definitely not worth the money!
