Absolutely AMAZING pizza! The best GF pizza ever! And the crust is just incredible! And the grilled chicken with their fantastic honey mustard is so good!! Everyone there is super nice, including the wonderful owner, and I have never had a problem with cross-contamination! DEFINITELY go out of your way for! I’d give it unlimited stars!

First time eating here since Celiac diagnosis and going GF for few months and starting feeling sick within 30 minutes after eating. Staff was told about severe allergy, was not aware of where to find GF options on menu but knew there were. I ordered off the GF options, received my GF bun and no croutons on side salad but there is a high chance of contamination, which I knew and paid the price. Only paper straws which some people can react to pending straw.

I've found that if you order any toppings that are potentially contaminated with wheat, they're good about letting you know.
This is my go-to place for gluten-free pizza. Theirs is the best in the area that I know of. Uno's gluten-free crust almost exactly matches the taste and the crispy, toasted texture of typical wheat-based New York pizza. Their sauce and toppings are excellent as well.
It does contain whey powder, so it may not be safe for some with a dairy allergy or sensitivity.

Usually do take out pizza. Get pepperoni and veggies combined and ask for the crust well done. Best to order on site to ensure accuracy. On the weekends, at least for now, second pizza is $6. They got a much better crust a while ago, and it actually has some chew. Yay. Have never gotten sick, even when ordering other food from the gluten free menu.
My wife has celiac, and we have been her multiple times without issue. Manager seems to be away of cross contamination issue.

All I’ve had there is their pizza which is good. Haven’t tried anything else.

The cheese pizza was the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. I almost doubted it could be gluten free but after feeling no stomach pains I was certain it was. Highly recommended!!!!
Yes
They have gf pizza, but the chef is average to below avg
If you order gf pizza (actually not bad tasting) ask for it to be well done. We had to ask for it to be sent back 3 times because it wasn't hot enough-they prob cook it ok a pan that doesn't allow the center to get cooked well enough-so the 1st time it came out it was almost raw in the middle
The red skin mashed potato tastes like plastic which prob means they just heat up a premade product in plastic & microwave
As for non gf food for others dining with you
The pasta (not gf) is over cooked and mushy
Chicken parm -just ok, 2 out of 5
Dessert (not gf)
Cookie with ice cream was apparently delicious :-)
Staff was very nice and felt terrible about the pizza
Good option only if you're in the area and there's nothing else
They have a new gf pizza as of several months ago- by far best gf pizza around!
Gluten free menu (in regular menu, no need to request) with some decent options. Pizza was okay
So many choices and the GF menu is right there in the regular menu so you don't have to request it.

Delicious vegetarian pizza!
Uno's is our "go-to" restaurant when we have a family dinner. I know that our gluten free food will be prepared and served with no problems. They even have gluten free buns for their yummy burgers.
I wish they had gf appetizers and gf fries, but its still good. Servers are very careful and knowledgable about gluten free options and food prep.
Yes
the crust was nice and crisp. they also carry redbridge which is nice. the manager personally delivers the gf meal, not the waitress. They now have buglers with Udis buns. All they need is a dedicated fryer now. They recently stopped carrying redbridge but now carry a Belgian amber ale (I checked it out and it had been tested having less than 5 ppm gluten even though its brewed with barley).
I luv uno's they have some of the best gluten free pizzas
Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.

The pizza was safe to eat. I did not get sick… however, it was not cheap. I got takeout and brought it to my hotel. When I started eating, I realized there was no pizza sauce! It was glorified pepperoni cheesy bread! It wasn’t worth driving back to get a new one.

Tried this place for the first time after seeing reviews here and the pizza was prepared safely and tasted great. No issues for us with Celiac. (Also, they will bring your order out to the car if you wish.) Update: Feb2024 - this place has become one of our go to spots. We use the gluten free menu and explain gluten allergy and no issues.

Yummy gf pizza. Both gf crust and cauliflower. Got the cauliflower crust and it was crispy and tasted good.
