i’m literally considering moving to dallas just for the banana muffins! i had pizza as well that was delicious and crispy. currently planning on the next time i can come down to enjoy some tasty, safe treats!! very thankful to have this option with a ton of variety for other allergens/diets!

I liked that everything they sell is safe for me to eat, but I was disappointed in the taste of treats. I felt like they were kind of bland and underwhelming, especially compared to other bakeries.

We stopped in yesterday for some dedicated-GF snacks/breakfast options and were so excited to see all the distinctions between vegan, dairy-free, dairy-full, etc. options. The woman working there right off the bat asked what all we liked to avoid or were allergic to, then marked up a printed sheet of all their items that were dairy-free. They also had a bunch of samples out to try. I picked up some frozen dairy-free cinnamon pecan muffins, 2 types of vegan whoopie pies, and a bag of chex mix. The whoopie pies are superb, the chex mix samples in the store were also great but we're saving it for the flight home. The muffins are a little underwhelming--not very cinnamon-ey and kind of an odd texture--but to be fair, I'm not able to reheat them the way the instructions say to in the hotel, so I'm sure they'd be better coming out of the oven. The cupcake samples also had that odd texture though so could be the flour blend/recipe.

I came in with multiple allergies and they pulled out a paper menu and crossed off EVERY item that didn’t fit within my diet! Ask them to make one for you!! So helpful😁

We were at the Dallas Museum of Art and decided to go for a walk. We stumbled upon Unrefined Bakery and were delighted to find that they were open on Sunday. We got a ginger cookie whoopie pie, a lemon cupcake, a cupcake of the week that happened to have brownie inside, and a bag of their savory cereal mix. They were all terrific. The flavors AND textures were both great. I can’t wait to return.
