Had to try the gf biscuits and grüvy and were good but certainly not what I was anticipating. I should’ve known for a biscuit made with corn, the texture would be that of cornbread and not the soft chewy buttermilk from my pre-gf days. After a few bites, cauliflower taste of the “gravy” became indistinguishable and the eggs were poached flawlessly. Finished off with the gf French toast topped with berries and I would definitely recommend it as a strong contender on the menu!
