Review of Urban Plates

The food is good, but the "gluten free" is not celiac safe. In all fairness, Urban Plates puts the disclaimer on the bottom of the menu that the restaurant and kitchen are not gluten free. Although, the food prep folks in the line are ver reassuring about their methods to prevent cross contamination. My four year old and I both have celiac, but I am asymptomatic. She got sick right in the middle of her meal with classic symptoms. This one is off the list for us.
