I'm a vegetarian, so I got a build-your-own rice bowl -- it was really tasty, and I didn't get sick. Server knew about celiac/gluten allergies, but service was very slow (maybe short staffed).

Zero safety protocols. Was told a ton of misinformation. Taco shells are "gluten free" they thought. Was brought out the wrong entree that did contain gluten. No one had a clue on how to handle Celiac requests.
Zero. Posting this as a caution for GF folks to avoid at all cost. I ended up returning my entree that contained gluten and ate dinner when I got home. Was a complete clown show with how they handled everything. I am a low-key person, but I was losing it with their disregard.
Other non-GF people at my table were not impressed with their meals. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are other places in Bethlehem that understand food allergies, provide sound recommendations, and make sure you get the right order. Worst experience since my diagnosis in Jan. of 2019.
