Genuine Italian expresso! They mostly use syrup which is gluten free . Oat, soy, coconut milk also available. They only had prewrapped rice crispy treats which are cross contaminated. The workers are very knowledgeable and the chef is cautious. The kitchen is small and does not have dedicated space for gf, but the chef can make most entrees gluten free. They also have gluten free pasta. Due to cross contamination in the kitchen they do not label food gf but prefer to talk with customers. They only have one fryer. I tried the salad and the frittata. Both were delicious and I felt fine.
