Wow. I'm not from the area, and have tried my share of GF pizzas. This one was by far the best. It's always a risk to eat from a pizza place with celiac disease...
I emailed to ask them about how they handle the food, and the owner emailed back and explained their daughter has celiac, and that they make the pizza crust offsite, use dedicated tools, surfaces, and even a seperate oven.
While no pizza place can guarantee 100% safety, I've never felt so comfortable.
Super tasty. Can't recommend enough.
