Gluten free "pinsa" (thick dough pizza) available. The chain says it works with the German celiac association. If they adhere to their own protocols described on the homepage, it should be pretty safe. Fresh gloves used for gluten free pinsa, Schaer dough packed seperately, dedicated pans for the oven, gluten free pinsas served on paper. We could not check if dedicated bowls for cheese and tomato sauce were used, but according to their protocol that should be the case.

There are a couple options here - salad, risotto, or gf pizza crust. I had risotto and it was ridiculously salty. This is a fast food chain restaurant with pre-packaged portions that the “cooks” heat up in front of you to look like they are cooking.

Food was “fine” pizza was tasty enough but could have been cooked a bit longer. Initially they brought out a regular pizza. Thankfully I had the sense to ask if it was gf, which it wasn’t even tho I’d paid an extra €2.50 for the privilege.
Other gf eaters in the group complained that their pizza were overcooked and hard, and the lasagne was cold. When they brought out another lasagne, it wasn’t much warmer than the first one.
Ordering system was a nightmare to navigate. Took longer to place the order than for the food to be prepared.

Nice restaurant near to the center of the city
Wanted glutenfree pasta (Nov 2023)...wasn't possible!! Bc of almost no demand they don't offer it anymore!
The only possibility: Zoodles, noodles made of Zucchini, which were already prepared and put directly in pan. So no cross contamination !
I choosed Spinach & gambas with garlic and loved it.
Nice cook, friendly service, who offered me a GF Florentiner as I ordered an Espresso after lunch
I wish I could give 0 stars. I have coeliac disease since I was born and I am always super careful when I go out to eat.
Today I ordered a gluten free pizza. When I got it, I immediately asked at the cashier to check if the pizza which I ordered was booked as „gluten free“ in the kitchen.
She even showed me the screen and said yes.
2 hours later I got super sick at home. I haven’t had a reaction in 15 years…
I am sorry but I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR COELIACS…
