Review of Vapiano

At first glance this seems like heaven, but this is a dangerous place for celiacs! We were reassured because they had gluten free options and the menu is clearly marked, AND they have gluten free dough and pasta and beer, but the pasta is boiled in the same water as the wheat pasta! So stressful because I just happened to glance as we walked away and saw them put them in the same hot water. It was at least salvaged because my husband was able to go to the pizza counter and ate a whole gluten free pizza without getting sick! Agh! So if you dare to go there, get the pizza but definitely not pasta.
