Stopped by on our mini vacay for some dinner and was impressed by the food options! Very heavily relies on soy/Tofu and cashews so if you are SF or NF then there are very few options.

I had the chicken and waffles and it was fairly tasty. The maple syrup dispenser hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like awhile which was a big turn off. They should switch to individual portions for multiple reasons.

I also asked about their beer options and though the server was nice they weren’t very educated on gluten when it comes to beer. I was told that Michelob and all the other brand names were naturally GF and their GF beer shipment didn’t make it in. I politely declined thinking there was definitely some confusion between liquors and beer from a staff education standpoint making me wonder what else could be wrong. Overall a positive experience and I didn’t have any symptoms the next day.

While a dedicated establishment from a food perspective, to me dedicated means no gluten whatsoever. As Celiacs can still react to distilled products made from gluten fairing ingredients they need to do a better job making sure their staff is informed on cross contamination to make sure their patrons are not unknowingly put at risk because of the few gluten products they do carry in the bar. Naturally GF doesn’t equate to fully GF for Celiacs as it’s still a possible risk.
