Review of The Velvet Buttercream

While they do offer gluten-free it's not a large part of their business. They start the day with vegan or gluten-free cakes first to avoid any contamination, but equipment and workspace is shared with gluten-containing cakes. When I inquired with specific questions on cross-contamination prevention, I didn’t get a detailed or satisfying response. The owner suggested I get a cake made from a dedicated gluten-free bakery instead.
