I have eaten here for the last 3 years, the staff is informative about what is not only gluten free but what is “celiac safe”, I get the tacos pretty much every time I come, the salsa verde is really good too! I am pretty sensitive so I know with 15-20 minutes if I got “glutened”.

The fun place to be for apres ski with live music on weekends. Large outdoor deck. We only had happy hour nachos and margs. Food and drinks were just ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Chips are made in shared fryer. Pork pozole was really good with large chunks of pork. My favorite there after cold day.

The menu lists a lot of stuff GF but when taking to the manager he only recommended a salad with no tortilla strips on top. Their chips are fried with gluten battered tenders and not safe.

I had the chicken tinga tacos and had no problems! I let the server know I had Celiac and she happily asked the kitchen what would be safe for me to eat. Would definitely recommend!
Ordered the grilled chicken tacos (very good). Our server was not knowledgeable, I was worried, didn’t expect to eat; however the tacos and beans passed my Nima test. Previous reviews seem good, likely just had a bad server.

Knowledgeable about what was possible. My daughter had a cheese quesadilla with rice and beans and enjoyed it. Chips are questionable, they are made fresh in house everyday but the fryer oil is changed every other day. Decided not to chance it. Not a lot of offerings, but it was a great lunch.

I got glutened here. Stay away from anything fried and always ask about garnishes. The waitress told me a few options that were safe, I ordered a shrimp salad which is a lot like coleslaw, and after eating a few crunchy bites, I noticed crispy tortilla strips mixed into my salad. I asked about them and she was informed by the cook that they use flour when they are fried and suggested I simply just remove them since they are just a garnish! Once she figured out they were mixed in, she had it remade. They aren't very knowledgable about cross contamination and don't even have gf items on their menu. This place really doesn't belong on this app.
They don't have a gluten free menu, but the waitress, Caitlin, was able to point out items that could be made gluten free. Tacos are made with corn tortillas. Rice and beans were gluten free too. They don't have a dedicated fryer, so the tortilla chips are not safe, but she brought me corn tortillas to eat with the fresh guacamole made table-side. She also had the kitchen clean off part of the grill to cook the steak for my tacos. Caitlin said that her best friend has Celiac, so she understood the seriousness of cross contamination and took it very seriously.
