I called and asked about gluten precautions. They boil all pastas in shared water and cooks pizza dough with loose flour in same room as gluten free stuff. Also shared oven with gf pizza. Don’t be fooled by these ignorant reviews

Very knowledgeable about GF. They can tweak most items on the menu GF. They understand and do the necessary steps for a safe meal for celiacs. This is by far my favorite safe Italian restaurant. I also love the GF bread.

This place rocks! 85 percent of the menu is gluten free, and they'll adjust the other things that aren't! Nice view, great service, great food! Don't miss it!

Ventanos is the best! They will modify almost anything! Including chicken Parmesan! Try the antipasto and shrimp on a stone for appetizer.
