Not bad. They have a decent amount of gf options on the menu and when I asked about kitchen procedures and informed them that I had celiac/a gluten allergy they appeared to take it seriously. I’ve been twice and have not gotten sick. Heads up that the gf pizza crust is pretty great (though the pizza is 90% crust, unheard of for a gf pizza) but it DOES contain wheat starch as they import the flour from Italy!
I ordered the margarita GF pizza. I mentioned I had a gluten allergy and the waiter asked if I had celiac and let me know they have a dedicated gluten free preparation space in the kitchen. The pizza was really good, I’m just taking off a star because it was mostly just bread since the crust was so wide. It was pretty expensive but it’s been a few hours and I didn’t get sick after.
Most amazing experience!! The chef came up to our table and asked us what we were looking at. Once I mentioned I had celiac he was very educated on it! He explained that there is a whole separate part of the kitchen that is dedicated to gluten free meals!!! & not to mention SO many options! Pizza, pasta, apps, sandwiches, you name it they have it gluten free! So fricken excited
My first visit, I was too nervous to try their pizza or pasta. I had a (I think Cobb) salad that was delicious and didn't make me sick. Of note, when the salad arrives, you can't see the dressing. Yet, somehow, they managed to dress the salad with the perfect amount of dressing.
My second visit, I went for the lunch special GF pizza. Wow. One of, if not the best, gluten free pizza I have ever had. I've had GF pizza in Italy and NYC, so this was REALLY good! Plus, I didn't get sick!!!! I can't wait to have it again!
Edit: went for lunch one weekend only to learn the only menu they serve at that time is the brunch menu - no Americana, taqueria, etc. The gluten free options on the brunch menu were so limited that we left.
Lots of gluten free options, including corn tortilla tacos, pizza crust, and focaccia bread that made a delicious porchetta sandwich. Fries in a separate fryer too. The server was very good about double checking everything with the chef, and I did not get sick. They just opened, so I’m hoping they’ll have the French food menu offerings soon too.
