Review of Verde Cocina Hillsdale

This place was AMAZING!!! I have Celiac disease, so finding this restaurant that is completely dedicated to being GF made me very eager to try it. I had the salmon hash, which was made with incredibly cooked and tender salmon, farm fresh eggs, a little Queso fresco, sweet potatoes, and tons of seasonal veggies, along with some freshly made guacamole and fabulous fresh corn tortillas (that we got to watch them make onsite), and it was all absolutely fantastic! I had no issues after eating this wonderful food, so it is definitely celiac friendly.
