The food here is delicious! I would give a higher rating but I have had issues with slight cross-contamination. The cross-contamination was not bad enough to make me have a full reaction and I will still be eating here. The food is also expensive because of the high-quality ingredients so it’s not your typical pizza and pasta place.

I recently started working in Salem and was looking for any celiac friendly pizza offerings in the area. A quick glance of the menu and website shows a few gluten free offerings but zero information in regards to how they handle cross contamination.
I gave them a call today to ask how they handle their gluten free options (particularly the pizzas) and what efforts they take to accommodate those with allergies. I was told that they use the same trays and equipment to handle both the GF pizza and regular pizza. After hearing this I could not possibly recommend this establishment for anyone with Celiac. I really don’t understand how there are reviews saying this place is Celiac friendly. Eat here at your own risk.

Love the gluten free pizza and gluten free pasta.
This is my go to place for safe and yummy pizza . I only had one bad experience where they accidentally put something not gluten free in the same container with my burger. I noticed and they made me a new one with no questions asked. I usually stick with the pizza. It is excellent. I believe the crust is made in house. They have great ricotta.

We go here all the time. They have gf pizza and pasta. They also have gf bread so you can have almost any sandwich. I am in love with "The Donna" which actually has friend eggplant on it, but they put roasted eggplant on mine. Been here with many other celiac friends and never had a problem.
