PSA- Do not eat at Via Napoli. When we arrived I was told that there was no allergy menu at all and due to the limited menu overall right now I could have the house salad and gluten free pasta. I ordered both. When the pasta arrived it was this kid sized portion and it was pretty flavorless. I did not enjoy it but my six year old ate it. When the check came I was charged 28.00. TWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS. We have eaten at most, if not all, of the best restaurants at Disney and I have never felt ripped off. Were they expensive? Yes. But I have always felt like for us, we were well taken care of and it was worth the money. I also know that in those places, or any Disney owned place, if anything is not right they absolutely want to make it right. Also, I always know the price because there is ALWAYS a menu that tells me the price. The actual food cost of this meal was less than 2.00 so charging 28.00 for this is an insult. I spoke to the manager on our way out- he was less than helpful, acted like he was doing is a favor, but stated he would provide a small discount. It’s been a few days, no discount or refund has been issued. Steer clear. Even if you have a gluten eating, pizza loving family, it isn’t worth the cost.
