Review of Via Napoli Restorante e Pizzeria

Worst Disney dining experience. Every other Disney restaurant or snack stand has been so accommodating and reassuring. We stated GF on our reservations (it asks for allergies in the reservation). Stated again at the check. Waiter STILL had NO clue. Manager was dismissive. Said we could order anything that wasn't fried, pizza and one item on the appetizers. So we ordered... And he comes back and says we all ordered wrong and had to order again. Manager did not take our order as in Disney restaurants.... Mom and Dad finally gave up and ordered salad. B & I got a gf rotini pasta with Alfredo and chicken. So very very disappointed.
