Really loved this place! I had the gnocchi with the chicken and sausage crumble. Definitely a new favorite. My daughter has a dairy allergy and loved the chicken taco. We both liked the strawberry cupcake

Vibrant will forever be a place that we feel safe at in Houston. The restaurant is dedicated gluten-free and has plenty of amazing options. The breakfast tacos are delicious, as well as the shredded beef tacos, and their chicken tenders. The chicken tenders are seasoned very well and have a good crunch. I’ve been there a couple times and never had any symptoms. The ambience of the place on the inside is very calm and mentally soothing.

My non-celiac wife and I tried this restaurant for the first time. She got the avocado toast which looked very good, and she enjoyed. I got the chicken tacos which were very flavorful and also fresh and clean tasting. The atmosphere and service are excellent!

Tried this place for the first time since it is a dedicated gluten free location with my non Celiac husband and friends. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad which was absolutely delicious. I also got their brownie which was really good, not at all too sweet but just perfect for me. My husband had the chicken tacos and really enjoyed it, especially a sauce that was served with it. Our friends ordered the beef tacos with avocado and the Roasted Chicken Panini and were impressed with the taste. They all had the black tea and my sugar adding husband enjoyed the tea without sugar. They have a beautiful outdoor sitting area as well as indoor. So glad to finally being able to find a safe place in Houston.

Absolutely incredible! All food is free from gluten, dairy, peanuts, soy and more! We had the chicken tacos and chia pudding. Tasted great! It was a safe, great place for breakfast, lunch or coffees.

The chia seed pudding was delicious. I also tried the apple harvest muffin which was average. The blue masa pancakes were really good although the creams with it were interesting. The avocado toast was a tiny slice of bread with a whole half of an avocado, but it was good and filling. The berry galette had an interesting flavor, and the lemon poppy seed cake was a little too dry, probably needed some butter or jam. My friends also tried the sweet potato hash and loved it.

This place is so cute and delish! I got the avocado toast with a sunny side egg and an iced latte with honey, cinnamon, and gluten free oat milk. Delish!

So delicious! I went for breakfast and had the ABJ and a cashew-milk cappuccino. We also had another bread that was warmed up and so yummy. I’ll definitely go back!

Totally gluten, dairy and refined sugar free!! I was so happy here. I got a salmon rice bowl $18 that was to die for. My husband got breakfast taco that looked really good for $9. My little kids didn't love the avocado toast but they usually like white wheat bread so I wasn't surprised. My daughter for a muffin that she loved. My salmon was the most expensive thing in the lunch menu.

Fantastic gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free restaurant. The food was so good and satisfying. My only complaint was that it’s a small amount of food for a lot of money. I’m just thrilled though to finally have a gluten free restaurant in Houston.

Everything on the menu is gluten-free, delicious, and beautifully plated. I really enjoyed the crudo appetizer and lamb meatballs for dinner. As other reviewers note, it is on the pricier end, but on track for a nice date night. I'm excited to go back and try brunch!

As a celiac, I really really wanted to like Vibrant since it is one of the only dedicated gluten free establishments in Houston (at least that I’m aware of). Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It looks stunning and has a beautiful patio to sit outside. But the food was a major letdown. The chicken sausage was dry as a bone and had a strange flavor. A huge pet peeve of mine is paying the “celiac surcharge”. Sadly this place was too pricy for what you get. There wasn’t really much on the breakfast/lunch menu that was below $15. I got a plate of cabbage with maybe half a sausage and two eggs and it cost me $15. We all know that gluten free food can be delicious, but I think this place missed the mark.

I haven't been yet, but plan to go soon. Completely free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar! Seems like a lot of the menu items are Paleo or can be modified to be so! They only use avocado, coconut, and EVOO for cooking oils. Pastured eggs and meat.

FINALLY Houston has a dedicated gluten free spot! This place is amazing! Decor and branding is top notch, the food is healthy, delicious and beautifully plated and presented and the staff is friendly! Can’t wait to go back!!!
