I spoke with the manager. Their restaurant offers a GF pizza crust and GF penne pasta. They do not have a separate GF preparation space, and "flour is flying around everywhere". While they will use a cleaned pan and fresh tongs for preparing food, cross-contamination is very likely. This restaurant is not celiac-safe.
