I told the server that I have Celiac and asked specifically about the fryers, she said that they are not dedicated, but the kitchen could pan fry instead. I got the scallops and brussel sprouts and had a feeling the brussels were done in the fryer when my food came out. When I asked the manager he said they were and took care of making me a new dish right away. To their credit gluten allergy was marked on the ticket and they re-did my meal, and most importantly I didn’t get sick. However, I would have if I hadn’t caught it, and the manager said that the cooks didn’t think a cross contaminated fryer would be an issue (which I specifically asked my server about, so that makes me think she didn’t really communicate with the kitchen beyond putting it on the ticket). If you eat here, be super vigilant and double check after your food comes out.
