They ground, their seeds and buckwheat groats there, but they are not aware if they are gluten free from the manufacturer. Same with the flour, owner/baker is not certain and wasn't aware that stuff like that could be certified GF. She seems very earnest and keen, but said in good conscience. She couldn't definitely say it was safe for celiacs.

I apologize for the miscommunication. Our oats and oat flour are certified at the purity level of 10 parts per million, and are glyphosate free. Many of our flours and ingredients are indeed certified gluten-free. It is quite difficult and expensive as a small local business to be limited to strictly certified gluten-free pantry items. I will always carry GF oats because they are the riskiest ingredient for cross contamination. Even certified gluten-free products do not necessarily have zero gluten, they can contain up to 20 ppm. I feel that my products are safe for celiacs and I have many satisfied celiacs who have been enjoying my products since 2017. I myself have been eating gluten-free for 15 years, so I can understand your concern. We certainly try our best and I stand behind the safety and quality of my product and the health-supportive service I have devoted my life to.

Very very yummy!! I had the cheddar scone and it was super yummy so happy to have savoury gluten free options. Store is very cute as well!

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about other intolerances or allergies. Great teas as well!!

I have followed this place all the way from the Kits farmers market and they haven’t disappointed. Every time I go in I discover something new and delicious! Double chocolate cookie, cranberry and orange oatmeal cookie, banana bread

They are still in the soft launch of their bakery and they told me they have many more products to come. I tried all of their cookies and a loaf of bread. Bread was good and chocolate chunk cookie was my favourite. Using really nice healthy ingredients and doesn’t taste way too sweet like some gf stuff. I also ordered a golden turmeric latte with grass-fed milk and honey. It was soooo good. They have a whole espresso machine for all types of drinks and they will have sit down tables soon! Dedicated gluten free!

Love this spot. The owner has been selling at the Vancouver farmers market for a few years and she's just opened this store.

Cookies are great, muffins are killer, when she does danishes-- amazing. They're all so flavourful yet not too sweet. And she makes great bread.

She uses really high quality ingredients and you can tell. She labels her baked goods based on dietary needs. Ie. egg-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, low-carb and grain-free. But it's alllll gluten free.

Plus they have a real espresso machine and are making good coffee!

Worth checking out for sure.
