Soooo good. Incredibly knowledgeable. She explained to me that she uses a buckwheat and rice flour blend to make GF crepes and has been doing it for 15yrs. You know it’s going to be good when you ask if they have a GF menu and they tell you they can make anything on the menu GF except one item. ♥
