Nice food but skeptical as to how safe it is. Ended up with a bad stomach the next day even though they appeared to take cross contamination seriously.

Visited twice - as with all wagamama restaurants (as far as I've experienced) they all offer a gluten free menu. However, the selection really isn't that great. I opt for the Chicken Ramen every time I go, where the regular noodles are replaced with rice noodles.
The lack of options makes it very easy to get bored of having the same thing, but that is just a comment on the chain as a whole.
In the Lincoln restaurant, the staff are all friendly, and it's a nice atmosphere to visit when you fancy Japanese food. I just hope in future wagamama decide to make more of their delicious options gluten-free using alternative ingredients, for example the many noodle dishes that could use the aforementioned rice noodles in their ingredients.
But you are guaranteed a nice gluten-free meal every time you visit, as they also mark your order down as gluten-free when they take it.

Great for gluten free options. Can adapt dishes with gluten free noodles. Good cross contamination processes. Manager takes the order and they are very careful. My 7 year old loves it here.

Lovely food and know about allergens. Was told that the food would be prepared separately by a senior chef.
