This Wagamama has a gluten free menu, substituting wheat noodles and soy sauce for rice noodles and tamari, among other naturally gluten free meals. The food is sadly bland and uninspiring and not as good as other stores in the chain. They aren’t great on gluten free, and after serving me a dish with wheat noodles in, replaced it but didn’t take care with cross contamination/reused items despite reassuring me it was cooked from scratch. Glutening swiftly followed! Staff are lovely but I’m not convinced by the chef’s expertise.
