There is an extensive menu a small part of which is gluten free. On the gf menu there is statement about how careful they have been in the kitchen to avoid any cross contamination.

This Japanese chain restaurant offers a small gluten free menu. They are very serious about allergy protocols. My food was supervised by a senior member of the kitchen staff and only a manager brought my food to the table. I had a delicious chicken and rice noodle bowl.
They have a gluten free menu (a bit small and mostly fish based) and as soon as you tell them that you are celiac, a dedicated member of the staff will take you order. Celiac friendly, very tasty.
Ask for the non-gluten menu. Ramen and garlic chili edamame were great.
Ashish was such an incredible server. He was able to point out what meals were able to be made gluten free easily, which could but would have a flavour change and they couldn't guarantee it would taste good, and which weren't safe.Pretty decent gf selection for a place that doesn't specifically cater for gluten free. Was very excited to try do to a friend who had raved about it in the U.K. All the staff had horrible attitudes and gave incredibly horrible service starting with the host. The manager came to talk to me about GF and took our order. Received edamame with ramen noodles on them! Even tho they are labeled GF on the menu. They use the same water for edamame as ramen!! Apparently you have to specify GF even tho it says it on the menu. Risked some noodles and they were bland, flavorless and insipid. Not worth it gluten free or not. Huge disappointment and risk.
Very delicious and can adapt anything on the menu to be gluten free and they have a gluten free menu! They use rice noodles instead of ramen noodles. Very tasty and I would go there again!
Breakfast was delicious. They just need to supply gf sausage and toast to make a 9.5/10 meal.
I put three stars because their GF menu has changed and been shortened; I went in 2016 before the menu change and then again in 2017 after their menu changed. They only have a few (and mostly plain) options left in their GF menu, BUT their prawn Itame was very good, and luckily their Lollipop Prawns are still GF! If you go, you must try the prawns!
I ordered gluten free chicken ramen which didn't really taste that great to begin with and was too expensive and I was sick almost immediately. I was traveling from out of town and it was almost impossible to find a bathroom!!! Horrible experience!
I have persisted against my better judgement, and while it should be great for GF, it's let down by the staff. you do have to contend with the soulsucking binder before you can identify the GF options. However, on more than one occasion , despite writing down my order number on the placemat AND confirming coeliac requirements, I have been served the meal for another (non GF) person in my party.
I used to eat here often but the last time I went (a year or so ago), the manager informed me that the "gluten free" rice noodles are cooked in the same water as the gluten-containing noodles (I had never been informed of this before, despite always notifying the waiter that I was celiac). They also stopped labeling any options as "gluten free" on the menu some time before that. Maybe they've improved their practices since then (I haven't been back), but I would advise celiacs to ask a lot of questions and speak with the manager if they're going to try to eat anything here.
Hip Asian fusion. They have a GF menu but can modify many of the other dishes. A manager must take the order if it is allergen specific. Manager brought out the documentation they use for these modifications. Very impressive. He told me the most senior cook will prepare my meal.
Damn good job; seems that they personally train managers about allergies and they personally attend to your order.
Despite having a gluten free menu and supposedly everything being cooked separately I got sick immediately after eating here. I'm almost positive it was due to the food here and not anything else I ate as I ate at home earlier in the day. Unfortunate because the chicken ramen was good (the gf menu option). I'm usually not super sensitive so there must be something in their cooking process that contaminates.
Ordered off the gluten free menu twice now and have been sick after both, most likely from cross contamination. Not good for people with celiac

The staff was very helpful and acknowledged. Our server took all non-GF orders and the the manager took care of the GF order, making it clear that all the food would be cooked separately in order to avoid as much as possible any cross contamination. The duck wraps were really good and the Ramen was nice.
Good food! Not a huge variety of options. They knew about gluten intolerance to an extent. I would suggest, stating that you can not have gluten because of an allergy! Will make the ordering process easier. They also had gluten free soy sauce.
Pleasantly surprised by the GF menu & because I have other allergies they gave me notebook that listed all the menu options & what allergens they contain. It made eating out feel a lot more straight forward & enjoyable. Will definitely go back!
Wagamama offers a detailed allergen list with the specific instructions for them to make an item safe. when you order, the kitchen will specifically clean their tools and workspace before preparing your order. Your options will be a bit limited, but you can get rice bowls, curries, ramen (with rice noodles), etc.
really tasty soup and they had an allergen menu. I did feel it was it was a tad expensive, mostly due to the fact the the GF options were available mostly if you subtracted stuff (I.e. get the ramen without all if the stuff that is tasty), but I would recommend. I didn't feel sick after so that was enough for me. Also, it can take a little longer for your meal to come as they are preparing the surfaces to cook it on. Be patient it's with the wait for yummy food and no contamination :)
The gluten free items were not clearly marked in the menu and while the staff understood how to handle the order, my food came out SIGNIFICANTLY later than the rest of the table. And the vegetables didn't taste cooked enough. Not to mention, I waited another 5 minutes or so for gluten free soy sauce. Also, no one apologized for the extra long, 20 minutes or more after the rest of my party had been served, wait. The food sucked and the wait staff was mediocre, at best. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with either unless you have the time and don't care about any of the reasons for going to a restaurant!
They were very knowledgeable--the host took a takeout menu and marked off everything that was naturally GF and which chould be made safe by alteration (they have San-J GF soy sauce, my fave) I had the vegetarian spring rolls, and chicken chili "ramen" with glass noodles, along with a side of lovely fried tofu that I soaked in the super tasty broth. I felt fine both immediately afterwards and several hours after, so they successfully kept me safe. :) Since I still break out in a rash that then bleeds if I get wheat flour based stuff on my hands, I make a decent mine canary, and I'd say that as long as you are clear they will happily show you the options here. (Note: there were also a lot of 'small plates' and sides that are naturally GF and a meal of those would also be awesome. I just super wanted soup) So, a solid four stars, because if they had a km enu pre set up it would have made ot easier on both their on location staff and me :p Dear corporate, just make them a little sheet, ok?
While good was excellent and they seemed knowledgeable (they have a menu to show what needs to change to make it gluten free) however I do not think the kitchen takes appropriate precautions. My husband ended up getting sick after eating here.

No gluten free menu. The server sometimes marks those items that are gluten free and then sometimes they tell you that they can make almost anything gluten free. So then you proceed to ask about certain dishes and then they say, oh, not sure, let me check on that, they disappear for a while and come back to say no, or to tell you that they can make it without this and that. There has to be a better way.
On paper it seems like a great option for gluten free people. In reality, not so much. I went recently and was basically told I could eat rice. Not quite what I'm looking for when dining out. I'd say skip the place and go somewhere else. not worth it.
